Ski resort Horní Domky in Rokytnice nad Jizerou is located on the southern slopes of Lysá hora in the altitude 630 – 1,315 meters above sea level. With its size, exemplary ski slopes and equipment it can match with the best ski resorts in the Czech Republic. It is popular especially for the variability and length of downhill courses there.
There is a snowpark available for fans of snowboarding which is equipped by several jumps, various barriers and a small ski-lift. Especially freestylers will enjoy the snowpark there.
Ski resort Horní Domky secures the total transport capacity of 7,620 persons / hour to skiers and snowboarders thanks to two four-seat cableways and six ski-lifts. New cableway Horní Domky was built in 2006. It starts from the corner of parking site „U Rokytky“ to chalet Lovčenka. The second cableway to Lysá hora, which was built in 1996, is unique in that the cableway as the only one in the Czech Republic leads to the I. zone of the Krkonoše National Park (KRNAP). Its terminal is the entry to Krkonoše cross-country route.
The resort is equipped with technical production of snow. 7 guns and 11 poles help to cover with snow 90% of the downhill routes in the absence of snow cover,
The resort offers other services which are available either in the resort itself or its proximity. They are rentals of ski equipment and ski services, restaurants, fast foods, ski courses, paragliding, mountain service, skibus.

- Stays always lasts from Sunday to Sunday.
- Price is always valid for 1–4–6–8 persons.
- Prices include accommodation, consumption of energy, bed clothes, stay tax and in summer entrance fee (100 CZK) into the zone national park.
- Pets welcome, the fee is 100 CZK / day.
- We will transport your luggage free of charge, in case you will walk to the chalet, or use a chair lift.
- The price does not include transport of people from the parking lot (by snowmobile or scooter). Possibility to arrange transport for a fee payable directly to the vehicle operators (price by actual price list of taxi service).

Reservation + the way of reimbursement
- In case of serious interest we will send you by e-mail our general conditions on the basis of which you will within 5 days reimburse a deposit in the amount of 30% of the price of stay, either by wire transfer or in the bank (ČSOB).
- The additional payment must be reimbursed 60 days before the beginning of stay at latest.
- General conditions signed by you serve as a voucher for accommodation. The conditions will be given to the chalet administrator upon your arrival.
- A receipt will be issued for your stay.
Deposit
- We take a deposit of CZK 3,000 or EUR 100 in the day of arrival. Deposit will be returned in case no damage to the furniture or interior of the apartment.
Stay tax (air tax):
- The price includes the recreation and local taxes (133 CZK / person), which is led local municipal office.
Conditions of cancellation
- If customer withdraws from concluded contract, he is obliged to reimburse the below declared cancellation charges from the total price of stay. The prices of stay are binding in the amount specified in these conditions.
Cancellation charges
- 30% from the price of stay if customer withdraws from contract more than 45 days before the beginning of stay
- 70% from the price of stay, if customer withdraws from contract 45 – 21 days before the beginning of stay
- 100% from the price of stay, if customer withdraws from the contract less than 21 days before the beginning of stay
Arrival and departure
- Na sjezdovce apartments are situated in the middle of ski slope of Horní Domky resort, in Švadlenka chalet. It is not possible to reach the apartments by car in winter months. The ideal time of arrival is at 14:00. It is recommended to arrange the time of your arrival one day in advance, so that we can secure a taxi snow groomer for you.
- WINTER - Variant 1: Park on paid parking lots of skiarea Horni Domky (P1, P2,P3,P4 ... price by actual pricelist of the parking provider / day).
1. Call a taxi snow groomer +420 724 316 597 or a four wheeler +420 607 135 597 to take you directly to the chalet (ideally 2-3 days in advance).
2. Upon agreement, we will arrange for you a transport by a snowmobile (6 persons + luggage), or by a scooter of the chalet manager. - WINTER - Variant 2: Park on paid parking lots of skiarea Horni Domky (P1, P2,P3,P4 ... price by actual pricelist of the parking provider / day) and use the chair-lift to get with the luggage to Lovčenka hotel. During winter season, the chair-lift operator allows only passengers with ski or snowboard on feet. The chair-lift is open for passengers without ski or snowboard only at 8:00–8:15 in the morning and at 16:00–16:15 in the afternoon. Švadlenka chalet is approximately 400 m on the right from the upper station, on the same altitude. We could manage to transport luggage free of charge upon agreement, in case you will walk to the chalet (35 min.), or use a chair lift.
- SUMMER: In summer months, it is possible to park directly at Švadlenka chalet. It is necessary to announce in advance the vehicle‘s registration number and the driver‘s name for the issuance of a permit to enter the zone. The price of the card issuance is CZK 100 (included in price of accommodation).
- The above information is valid also when leaving.
- Rooms must be vacated on departure day before 10.00.
Accommodation in Giant Mountains - Rokytnice nad Jizerou
The Apartments on the ski slope are located in the Krkonose Mountain resort Rokytnice nad Jizerou in a newly built stylish three-storeyed building „Švadlenka“ just in the centre of the black run of ski resort Horní Domky on the Lysá hora mountain.
We offer apartments Standard 60m2 and Deluxe 120m2 with upgraded amenities and a total capacity of 44 beds. All apartments are tastefully furnished with modern furniture, kitchen, bathroom, TV, lockable cubicles on skis or wheels.
The location is just ideal for the really comfortable skiing as well as for summer tourism and cyclotourism.
The Bigfood Garage mountain-style bar & restaurant offers a complete daily restaurant service, . It operates right at Švadlenka chalet. It is also possible to grill or barbecue on an open fire, children can have fun in the sandpit or on the slide. In summer months, the chalet is accessible by car, in winter by snow groomers, snowmobiles or a chair-lift. It is possible to park only on paid parking lots P1-P4 in Horní Domky ski resort, or on the paid parking lot of Starý Mlýn hotel behind the football field.
